Subscription and Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms for subscription,
premium feature purchases, cancellations, and refund procedures on the platform
owned and operated by NexIntain Technologies Private Limited ("Company",
"We", "Us", or "Our"). This Policy forms a part of the legally binding Terms of use
agreed to by all users (“You”, “Your”).

  1. Scope and General Principles
    ● This Policy applies to all subscription plans, in-app purchases, and premium
    feature access available within the app. However,
    RapCoins/RapGems/virtual goods are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and
    hold no monetary value outside the Platform.
    ● By purchasing a subscription or premium feature, you agree to the terms
    outlined in this Policy.
    ● All subscriptions and premium purchases are non-transferable and intended
    for personal use only.

  2. Subscription & Premium Features
    2.1. The Platform offers both free and paid services, including:
    ● Subscription-based access to premium content/features
    ● One-time purchases for premium tools, benefits, or digital goods
    The Platform offers the following categories of paid digital products and
    entitlements: (a) monthly recurring subscription plans, namely HitVIP Pass,
    SuperHit VIP Pass and BlockBuster VIP Pass; (b) one-time RapCoins top-
    ups; (c) one-time RapGems top-ups; (d) one-time room purchases or room
    entitlements for RapHousie and/or other in-app formats, including Family

Rooms, Kitty Party Rooms, Corporate Rooms and Custom Theme Rooms;
and (e) one-time Daily Gems Pass, Weekly Gems Pass and Monthly Gems
Pass offerings, each of which grants unlimited RapGems for the validity
period expressly stated at the time of purchase.
2.2. Each paid plan, pass, pack or entitlement shall display, prior to purchase, its
applicable price, validity, renewal status, included features, quantity of RapCoins
or RapGems, room entitlements, usage limits, expiry conditions, and any other
material restrictions. No amount shall be charged beyond the amount disclosed at
the checkout stage except applicable taxes and charges expressly disclosed in
advance.
2.3. Subscriptions may be:
● Single-use (non-renewable)
● Auto-renewable- You will be notified prior to renewal and as such renewal
reminders/notifications will be sent prior to auto-renewals.
2.4 The monthly subscription plans are auto-renewable and shall renew
automatically for successive monthly billing cycles unless cancelled by the user
before the next renewal date through the applicable platform billing settings, app
store account, or any other cancellation route expressly provided by the Platform.
The user remains responsible for cancelling the subscription before the renewal is
processed if the user does not wish to continue for the next billing cycle.
2.5 All RapCoins top-ups, RapGems top-ups, room(s) purchases, and
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Gems Passes are one-time purchases only and shall not
auto-renew unless the Platform expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payments can be made via approved digital payment gateways (UPI,
debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.).
3.2. All payments are inclusive of GST (as per Indian tax laws). Tax invoices are
generated automatically after successful payments.
3.3. GST paid is non-refundable, except in cases where the entire transaction is
reversed due to a failed or duplicate transaction.
3.4. Cross-border payments may be subject to applicable foreign exchange,
taxes, and card network rules.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances: (a)
duplicate charge; (b) proven failed transaction with debit but no delivery of the
purchased digital entitlement; (c) wrongful auto-renewal despite timely
cancellation before the renewal cut-off; (d) material technical defect attributable to
the Company that prevents access to the purchased entitlement and remains
unresolved after reasonable verification; or (e) any other circumstance where
refund is required by applicable law, binding regulator direction, or mandatory
app-store/payment-platform rules.
4.2. Except as expressly required under applicable law or platform rules, all
purchases of subscriptions, RapCoins, RapGems, room entitlements, premium
features, and one-time passes are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable once
credited, activated, consumed, or made available to the user account.
Refund Window: You must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the
transaction. Requests after this period will not be considered. All refund-related

grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 working
days, unless exceptional circumstances apply
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
5.1. RapCoins, RapGems, room entitlements, subscription benefits, Daily Gems
Passes, Weekly Gems Passes, Monthly Gems Passes, Boosts, Swaps, Hints,
Pauses, promotional credits, ad-free benefits, feature unlocks, and all other digital
or virtual in-app goods are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable
for cash, bank credit, cryptocurrency, vouchers, securities, property, or any other
item of monetary value, except where refund is required by applicable law or
where a proven billing or delivery error has occurred.
5.2. Such digital and virtual items are licensed, limited-use, personal, revocable,
and platform-bound entitlements only. They do not constitute stored value, prepaid
payment instruments, deposits, securities, winnings, investment products, or any
form of monetary claim against the Company, and they cannot be sold, assigned,
transferred, encumbered, traded, or withdrawn outside the Platform
Refunds will not be issued for:
● Change of mind or dissatisfaction after content/feature access.
● Partial usage of the subscription (no pro-rata refunds).
● Failure to cancel auto-renewal in time.
● Platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical
issues.
● Subscriptions terminated due to violation of Terms of Use.
● Promotional credits, bonus content, trial plans, and limited-time offers.
6. Refund Process and Timelines

6.1. To request a refund, email at support@rapchik.app or raise a request through
the app with the following details:
● Registered email/User ID
● Transaction ID or invoice copy
● Clear reason for refund request
6.2. All requests are subject to internal review, verification, and may require KYC
or identity confirmation where applicable.
6.3. Approved refunds will be:
● Credited to the original payment method (or an alternate verified account if
unavailable)
● Net of applicable platform fees and taxes
● Processed within 7 working days
6.4. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by bank/payment
gateway processing, though reasonable support will be provided.
6.5. You will be notified via email/SMS upon successful refund or rejection.
6.6. For users outside India, refunds will be processed in compliance with
applicable local consumer protection laws.
7. Subscription Cancellation
7.1 A user may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the relevant app
store subscription settings, in-app account settings, or other cancellation channel
specifically made available by the Platform. The cancellation process shall be
presented clearly and shall not be hidden, misleading, or unnecessarily
burdensome.

7.2. If a user cancels a monthly subscription before the next renewal date, the
subscription shall remain active until the end of the then-current paid billing cycle,
after which it shall not renew further. No refund or pro-rata refund shall be issued
for the unexpired portion of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required
under applicable law or expressly approved under this Policy.
7.3. Upon expiry of the current paid billing cycle following cancellation, all
recurring subscription-linked benefits shall cease, subject to any residual one-time
purchases separately bought by the user and still valid under their respective
terms.The user will be responsible for cancellation of the subscription or any other
paid feature.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for refund delays or service disruptions caused by
events outside its control, including:
● Natural disasters
● Government orders
● Network outages
● Cyberattacks
● Other force majeure events
In such cases, partial or full refunds may be issued at the Company’s sole
discretion.
9. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights
9.1. This Policy complies with the following Indian regulations:

This Policy shall be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law, including
the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, applicable consumer protection
guidelines including the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark
Patterns, 2023, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and
Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time,
applicable RBI payment aggregator/payment gateway requirements, tax laws
including GST, and such online gaming laws and rules as may apply to the
Platform from time to time, including the Promotion and Regulation of
Online Gaming framework where applicable.
Virtual Currency and No Monetary Return. RapCoins, RapGems, rooms,
passes, and all other virtual entitlements available on the Platform are solely
for in-app entertainment and feature-access purposes. They cannot be
redeemed for money or money’s worth, cannot be withdrawn or cashed out,
and shall not be construed as conferring any right to receive any monetary
return, prize money, investment gain, or real-world asset of value from the
Company or any third party.
9.2. Users retain the right to approach the National Consumer Helpline
(https://consumerhelpline.gov.in) for unresolved issues.
9.3. All payment and refund processes are conducted via RBI-compliant Payment
Aggregators, and refunds are issued in line with the KYC & AML guidelines
where required.
9.4 Personal data collected for billing, cancellation, grievance handling, fraud
prevention, KYC verification where necessary, and refund processing shall be

handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data
protection law in force in India.
